Rhodochrosite
Rhodochrosite is a manganese carbonate mineral naturally known for its pink to rose-red colouring and distinctive pale banding. These stones have an unusually vivid coral-pink colour and are therefore described as probably colour enhanced.
Care
Rhodochrosite is a relatively soft stone and should be treated with care. Avoid water, perfume, household chemicals and prolonged exposure to strong sunlight. Store separately to help prevent scratches and gently clean with a soft, dry cloth.
