Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP).
Shipping costs are not included in the product price and will be calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination.
We accept payment using the payment methods displayed at checkout. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been successfully received.
Shipping & Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of receiving payment confirmation.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable).
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and the courier service. If your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- returned in its original condition
- returned with any original packaging where possible

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the item and for ensuring it is packaged securely.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the above conditions.
