Refunds:

If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate the exchange. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item shows signs of wear or has been damaged by the customer.

Shipping:

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges unless the item was received defective or damaged. We recommend that customers use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
